At The Skin Sanctuary, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. Because each experience is intentionally unhurried and personalized, your appointment time cannot easily be filled on short notice. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows and appointments canceled at the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
• Two or more no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may result in future booking restrictions.

Please arrive on time so you can receive the full benefit of your experience.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for a Facial Reflexology appointment may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
• Clients arriving late for longer appointments will receive the remaining reserved treatment time to avoid delaying the experiences of clients scheduled after them.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of The Skin Sanctuary, we ask that only scheduled clients enter the treatment room.

• Friends, family members, and children are welcome to relax in the Wellness Center common areas or enjoy the GoodWay Vegan Café (recommended for guests 14 and older).
• Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable regulations.

• The health and well-being of every client is important to us. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, fever, or a contagious condition, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
